Kurt Francom is the Executive Director of LeadingLDS, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing lay leadership ability and capacity in the context of the LDS Church. He is a native of West Valley City, Utah. He founded LeadingLDS in 2010 seeking to make leadership research and resources available to the lay local leaders in the Church. Since then LeadingLDS has recorded over 200 podcast episodes, published hundreds of articles, and is now developing the first LDS leadership focused online summit called Motivating the Minister: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Home & Visiting Teachers.
