      • Former mayor files lawsuit against Burley City
        • Anderson alleges the city did not allow a competitive bid process when they allowed the church to build the sewer extension that will eventually connect with 1500 new neighboring homes.  
        • City said it didn’t make sense to split up the sewer extension among other builders, and having the church’s contractor do it is cheaper. (The church did the bidding for the project already)
