Emily Madsen Jones is a graduate of Utah State University and coauthor of Mothers of the Prophets. She has worked in both retail and library environments as a children’s literature specialist. With her husband, David, she is cofounder of Family Tech University, a website dedicated to helping parents provide thorough, effective training for their children in the wise use of technology. They have five children.
Rebecca Madsen Thornton was born in London, England, and raised in Hyde Park, Utah. She is a graduate of Utah State University, where she studied education and music. She has worked as a content editor in digital publishing, has assisted with various children’s music organizations, and volunteers in her community. She and her husband, Matt, have two daughters and three sons and live in American Fork, Utah.
