Yep, but I’m so glad the point of Culture vs Doctrine came up. Chrissy is a strong woman and I’m so glad she has interpreted all Mormon member approaches as from the heart, because she seems to be awesome at not taking offense! phew. There are tons of people all over the country who aren’t members who are very happy.
I recently met a woman in Ohio who had lived a short while in Idaho in a prevalently Mormon culture community. She came away very put off about the religion and told me all about it.
I’m saddened by the idea that Mormon culture is ruining relationships and missionary work elsewhere in the country.
